Welcome to The Novel Holiday Resorts. By making a reservation or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Novel Holiday Resorts. Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information at the time of booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage caused to resort property may result in additional charges.
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, and property. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guest behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.
1. Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
2. Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
3. Children below 5 years stay complimentary without extra bedding.
4. Extra bed/mattress is available at additional charges.
5. Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before check-in.
6. Cancellation within 3 days or no-show will incur applicable charges.
7. Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm booking.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
9. Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside guest rooms and not in common areas.
10. Loud music after 10:00 PM and any property damage are strictly not permitted
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, The Novel Holiday Resorts shall not be held liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injury caused due to guest negligence
Events beyond our control such as natural disasters or power failures
Amendments
The resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
