Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Novel Holiday Resorts, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following conditions:

  • Free cancellation is allowed if the booking is canceled at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.

  • If the booking is canceled within 3 days of the check-in date, the booking amount may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows (guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation) are not eligible for any refund.

Refund Policy

If a booking qualifies for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during booking, where possible.

  • Any payment gateway or bank charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Booking Modifications

Guests may request a change of booking dates at least 3 days before the check-in date, subject to room availability and management approval.

Early Check-Out

If a guest decides to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused stay.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events), cancellation or modification requests will be handled at the discretion of the management.
